What competitive programs do we offer?

Prep Elite - Similarly to our Prep program, our Prep elite teams will attend 2-3 competitions throughout the season.  These teams will practice 2 days per week instead of only 1.

Allstar teams require extreme dedication and mastery of skill within each level.  These teams practices 2 days per week and usually attend 5-6 competitions within Ontario.   We offer both tumbling and non-tumbling allstar teams.

Worlds - The worlds program is for experienced and dedicated athletes who have mastered skills in level 5+.  Worlds teams practice 2-3 days per week and attend 4-5 competitions within Ontario, as well as World Championships in Orlando, Fl.
