Kingston Elite strives to embody its name by creating champions in both sport and life. Our work ethic directs us to be the best in all areas — from our high-calibre and passionate coaching, to our level of safety standards, or even to creating a warm and welcoming environment that fosters the personal growth of each of our athletes.   Kingston Elite is recognized across Canada for our excellence. The most commonly praised aspects of our club are: the unity through which our athletes succeed, the passion we demonstrate for our sport, love for our teammates, and the classiness with which our athletes and coaches conduct themselves.  Watching a KE team perform is witnessing the embodiment of pure joy.  Being a part of the KE cheerleading family is most often the highlight of a young person’s life.

KE began in June 2005 when Founder Sandy Han was urged to share her expertise with not only the university and high school cheerleading communities but with athletes at large. Sandy is a revered cheerleading expert. Her success at the national, international, and world levels helped create successful programs for 17 amazing seasons. 

In May 2022, Sandy decided to retire from gym ownership and passed the torch to the current Owner/Director, Laura King.  Laura has been part of the KE family since the beginning and had the privilege of coaching alongside Sandy for over 10 years.
 

The KE coaching staff are carefully selected to be the most nurturing, professional, and knowledgeable individuals in our sport. KE staff are at the core of our mission to improve the quality of life of athletes who come through our doors. Kingston Elite is where champions are built in both sport and life!
