OPEN GYM

 We will be running Open Gym on Friday nights from 8:00-9:00 pm for athletes born in 2015 or earlier.  Open gym is a great option for athletes looking to get some extra time in the gym.  Come stunt, tumble, and jump alongside the Empire athletes.  Proceeds from open gym will help fund Team Empire on their road to worlds!

Cost: $5 +HST/session

Registration is required online before each session. 

While coaches will be present in the gym to ensure safety, this is NOT an instructed class.

Open gym will be running on the following days: Nov 22, 29, Dec 13, 20, Jan 10, 17, 24, Feb 14, 21, Mar 7

 **Athletes that are not current Kingston Elite or Queen's Cheerleading members must pay the Recreational Membership Fee which is linked below

1. The membership fee is non-refundable but if you return to take a class with us within the season (until April 30, 2025) the membership fee will still be active.

2. Open gym fees are non-refundable.
